Shipping Policy
1. Orders are shipped on business days, Monday through Friday. While our team strives to provide the fastest shipping and processing times, please allow four to five business days for your order to be shipped.
2. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct when placing your order. If an order is returned back to our facility due to incorrect/ incomplete shipping address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping fee.
3. SoleFront is not responsible for packages that are stolen, lost, or damaged in transit. We ensure that products are not damaged before we ship all orders. Any damage to boxes that may occur in transit are the responsibilities of the shipping courier.
